Mr. Fourticq is the founder and Managing General Partner of Hancock Park Associates,
a private-equity investment company located in Los Angeles. Mr. Fourticq has assumed
various CEO or senior management roles and responsibilities of portfolio companies since
the formation of Hancock Park Associates.Prior to founding Hancock Park Associates in 1986,
Mr. Fourticq was a General Partner of Los Angeles based Brentwood Associates for five years.
Previously, Mr. Fourticq spent eight years in various management positions including Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Stem Industries, a textile and floor covering manufacturer,
and then President and Chief Operating Officer of United Castle Coal. Earlier, he spent four
years with Security Pacific National Bank's venture investing subsidiary, one of the earliest
participants in leveraged acquisition investing, where he was responsible for all new investments
for the group. Mr. Fourticq currently serves on the Board of Directors of Leslie's Poolmart,
Brown Jordan International, Fitness Holdings International, Saleen Incorporated and Synchronous
Aerospace Group. Mr. Fourticq received a B.A. and an L.L.B. from the University of Texas at Austin,
and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. |

Mr. McDermott is a partner in Hancock Park Associates, a Los Angeles based private-equity investment firm. Prior to joining Hancock Park Associates in 1988, Mr. McDermott served as Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures for Castle & Cooke, Inc. and was a Vice President of Pacific Holding Company. Previously, Mr. McDermott was with Brentwood Associates for three years. Earlier, he was a financial analyst in Corporate Finance Department of Morgan Stanley & Co. While at Hancock Park Associates, Mr. McDermott has operated three acquired companies, including serving as CEO of Leslie's Poolmart from 1988 through 1999 and interim CEO and Chairman of BusyBody, Inc. from 1994 to 1998. Mr. McDermott is currently CEO of Fitness Holdings International and serves on the board of Weider Nutrition International.Mr. McDermott received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A., Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College. |

Prior to joining Hancock Park Associates in 1993, Mr. Van Harten was in the assurance practice of KPMG Peat Marwick for seven years. While at Hancock Park Associates, Mr. Van Harten has served in a variety of management roles and has been a director in a number of portfolio companies. Mr. Van Harten is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Fitness Holdings International. Mr. Van Harten received his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1987 and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

| Mr. Fourticq is a partner in Hancock Park Associates, a Los Angeles based private-equity investment firm. Prior to joining Hancock Park Associates in 1995, Mr. Fourticq spent two years with KPMG Peat Marwick in the Corporate Finance and Assurance Groups. At Hancock Park Associates, Mr. Fourticq was actively involved in the firm's acquisition of the Brown Jordan Company, leading to his appointment as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in early 1996. More recently, Mr. Fourticq has focused his efforts on developing Hancock Park Associates' precision machining platform, serving as the CEO of Synchronous Aerospace Group, and its investments in Mikol Missile Air, Schulz Products, Andrews Engineering and StratoFlight. In addition, Mr. Fourticq serves on the Board of Directors of Karl Kani Life, Global Translogic, and Global Cardio Care. Mr. Fourticq received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

| Mr. Listen is a partner in Hancock Park Associates, a Los Angeles based private-equity investment firm. Prior to joining Hancock Park Associates in 2001, Mr. Listen was with The TCW Group, Inc., where he was actively involved in developing and managing the firm's International Private Equity effort. Mr. Listen was a co-founder of the group's leading private equity effort-the Taiwan Special Opportunities Funds-which had total combined commitments of $725 million. Mr. Listen served on the Investment Committee of TCW/YFY Asset Management Company, Fund Manager of the Taiwan Funds and was active on the boards of several U.S. portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Listen served for six years in a variety of management roles for a San Francisco-based food import and processing division of ConAgra, Inc. Mr. Listen received his M.B.A at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. |

| Mr. Gooch serves as the controller for Hancock Park Associates, a Los Angeles based private-equity investment firm. In addition to his role as controller of Hancock Park Associates, Mr. Gooch is the CFO of Synchronous Aerospace Group and its five subsidiary companies. For the nine years prior to joining Hancock Park Associates in 2002, Mr. Gooch operated his own consulting practice which provided business and accounting services in a wide variety of industries. Previously, he held controller and management within several operating companies and accounting firms.Mr. Gooch received his B.S. in Business Administration, with honors, from University of Southern California and is a certified CPA in the State of California. |
