We seek to invest in companies that offer meaningful long-term appreciation while fulfilling a social obligation in improving the conditions for economically disadvantaged groups and areas. With the joint goal of reasonable investment appreciation and social development, we look primarily for minority owned businesses operating in neglected urban locations in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

We are able to provide strong operational experience where existing management needs to be supported. As a result, we are able to add value to both start-up enterprises and companies that have been in existence for some time.

The firm does not focus on investing in any one specific industry or service sector but generally does not invest in turnaround opportunities or buyouts. We prefer to invest growth capital to allow our investments to increase in value through operational improvements, expansion, and product extensions.
